We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Discount Horse. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
The item must be returned in new condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories including any FREE GIFTS, to ensure full credit. We charge a restocking fee if items are used.

Here are the basic steps:
- Returns must be within 30 Day Return Period
- You need to call us for a Return Authorization. The number is 888-324-4759
- Please refer to your Invoice for return address
- Make a copy of your invoice and include it with the return. Please give us a Return Reason and if would like to exchange or refund.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Insure package for proper protection.
- Gifts with Purchase need to be returned with the purchase. If you would like to keep the gift item we can credit back your purchase but less the retail price of the gift.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return
You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
